Drawing on his lived experience of continually rethinking his approach to athletics, Zac will explain how inclusive design powers innovation over time. And why thinking of accessibility as a compliance issue can actually hinder your organisation’s ability to keep pace with the ever-evolving technology and customer landscape.

Zac’s session will look at inclusive design, why it’s different from accessibility, and how this broader, holistic perspective helps businesses deliver great customer experience far beyond meeting regulations like the upcoming European Accessibility Act 2025.
